I’ll like to see a method of displaying document layers. In the current operations, i have to use another program like Elements, Smart Collection View, Bridge, etc. to see what is on what layer. If I rename the layer…loosing my set up…now I have to redo the duplicate layers! Bad.
1) I find that when adding Crop/Straighten/rotate, the initial size of the crop, rotate is not in line with the start point, making the crop portion the same size and the rotate portion (in the least) are off and not aligned. Thus, having to crop/rotate again. If the box for the crop is to the right of the image instead of to the left I can actually see what I am doing. Not so in the older version. This is difficult to explain. And I am not sure if this is ACR or LR5.
2) Abrading lacks the ability to stretch the canvas to a whole new frame if the photo is rotated in horizontal or vertical order. Right now it has a vertical frame. Horizontal is in the process of being fixed it, when the image is rotated clockwise, 90 degrees.
3) Renders are not centered, with the top left corner of the canvas. Typically they are skewed. For example, a 9600 pixel canvas, typically uses a max of 600 by 800 pixels, unless you stretch the lot. You can stretch the canvas if you wish, but that would mean you loose a lot of horizontal pixels
